仕事の概要

「好きな時間に、好きな場所で、好きなことをする」というコンセプトでやってきたEverforethにはもともと海外に住みながら仕事をしているメンバーがたくさんいましたが、現在はグローバルチームの拡大を意図してやってきました。
現在は、バングラデシュとミャンマーにそれぞれ10名程度のメンバーがおり、それぞれ急速に拡大しています。

特にバングラデシュは今後も拡大させることを考えており、現地のメンバーと国内のメンバーを繋ぐマネジメントが重要になってきます。

バングラデシュのチームのマネジメントを行いつつ、国内のチームとの架け橋となり、プロジェクトを成功に導いてくださる方を探しています。

具体的には、バングラデシュ 開発メンバーとコミュニケーションしつつ、国内とのスケジュール、スコープ、リスクなどのすり合わせなどグローバルなチームを率いてプロジェクトマネジメントをお任せしたいと思っています。
バングラデシュメンバーの採用、育成、評価などヒューマンマネジメントもご経験や志向に応じてお任せします。

海外拠点拡大に貢献したり、グローバルな活躍をしたいという方にはぴったりなポジションだと思います。
居住は国内でも、海外でも構いません。

Everforeth, which came with the concept of "doing what you want, when you want, where you want," originally had many members living and working abroad, but this season we have come with the intention of expanding our global team.
We now have just under 10 members each in Bangladesh and Myanmar, and each is expanding rapidly.

Bangladesh, in particular, is looking to expand in the future, and it will be important for management to connect the local members with those in the country.

We are looking for someone who can manage the Bangladeshi team while acting as a bridge with the domestic team to lead the project to success.

Specifically, we are looking for someone who can communicate with the Bangladeshi development team members and lead the global team in project management, including coordination of schedule, scope, risks, etc. with the domestic team.
Depending on your experience and preferences, you may also be entrusted with human resource management, such as hiring, training, and evaluation of Bangladeshi members.

This is a perfect position for those who want to contribute to the expansion of our overseas bases and to play an active role on a global scale.
